Poker performance
can't always be judged on one tournament alone, that's why the
APL rewards its best performing players with the APL Leader
board prizes.
Although we all agree that poker is a game of skill over the
long run, you'd be hard pressed trying to find a poker player
who hasn't had their tournament life ended by a nasty river card
at one point or another. Being eliminated by 7 2 off-suit after
you've spent countless hours playing serious poker can be
frustrating at the best of times – especially if you're playing
off for a prize as important as a seat into the APL Poker Tour!
Enter the APL Leader Board, where we'll be awarding a whopping
23 seats every single month to our most consistent players
around the country!
The APL Leader Board ranks players based on their best 10 scores
in a given month, with the top 20 players at the end of the
month being awarded seats into the APLPT.
